Recruiting Trends & Talent Tech is proud and excited to introduce this new awards program to recognize outstanding performers in the Talent Acquisition community.

Award winners and finalists will be recognized at the Awards Gala during Recruiting Trends & Talent Tech LIVE! February 20 - 22, 2019.

Award Guidelines

In this inaugural year, three awards will be given:

  • Outstanding Talent Acquisition Team Award
    Recognizes the top performing Talent Acquisition/Recruiting teams that consistently achieve excellent results advancing their organization through collaboration, innovation and customer-centric engagement
    • Eligibility Criteria:
      • Inhouse or client-specific recruiting/talent acquisition delivery team
      • Definable recruiting success and business impact during the last calendar year
        (July 2017 - July 2018)
    • Judging Criteria:
      • How the people, process and technology, taken together, have improved performance and overall business impact
      • Innovation and use of tools/technologies
      • The extent to which the organization focuses on customer engagement and satisfaction
      • The extent to which the team mission and/or vision aligns with that of the organization as a whole
      • How well processes are defined and executed
      • How organizational culture contributes to the team delivery excellence
  • Talent Solution Impact Award
    Recognizes the top solutions in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting that are enabling stronger recruiting business performance and driving industry market trends.
    • Eligibility Criteria:
      • Minimum of 10 customers using the solution/service for at least one year
      • Publicly available/general release product/services in the recruiting/talent acquisition market
      • Three positive customer references
    • Judging Criteria:
      • Level of value the supplier has on recruiting function
      • Supplier ability to deliver on what it promises
      • Depth of innovation and market leading capabilities
  • Recruiting Influencer Award
    Recognizes a longtime (or retired) Talent Acquisition professional who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, knowledge, decision-making and commitment to the profession.
    • Eligibility Criteria:
      • Positive influence and impact on the recruiting/talent acquisition industry
        • Positive influence should be reflected in his/her community service, mentoring and role modeling, services and influence on individuals and the industry as a whole
      • Can be from a role, category or service offering
      • Three examples and personal testimonies
    • Judging Criteria:
      • Degree of influence and impact on the industry
      • Evaluation of testimonies and degree of impact


    • There is no fee to submit a nomination for Recruiting Trends & Talent Tech Awards.
    • A Premium Pass conference registration is required to attend the Gala, but the price of a Gala ticket is not included in your Premium Pass registration.


    For each award type, a unique panel of judges will be selected from a broad range of backgrounds in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Technology, and the Analyst and Influencer community.
